Tips for the Conflict of Interest form
The Conflict of Interest form discloses any relationship between the business owner and a City of La Marque "local government officer". This pertains to you, generally, if you are related or have a personal relationship with a member of City Council, a director, administrator, or other person designated as the executive officer in a City of La Marque department; or are an agent of a local governmental entity who exercises discretion in the planning, recommending, selecting, or contracting of vendors.
If none of this pertains to you, fill out your business name in Section 1, write N/A in Section 4 and sign and date in Section 7.
Qualified applicants :
Maintain a physical business address within the city limits of La Marque, Texas
Are not based in a home or residence
Generate sales tax revenues that benefit the City of La Marque
Has 50 or fewer employees
Qualified applicants will be eligible for:
Up to two months’ salaries, rent, utilities, and other normal operating expenses
Grants not to exceed $25,000
